(Composition: 6 freight docks, fire dock, manufacturing equipment for repumping of crude oil and oil products, tank farm, service and auxiliary units, engineering networks, special equipment, motor roads of approach, 4 vessels of port fleet, means of navigation boundaries, adjacent water area restricted to the north - by straight line connecting points: 1) 43º00,84' N; 47º28,66' E; 2) 43º00,84' N; 47º28,04' E; to the east - by western edge of Petroleum harbor breakwater; to the south - by straight line connecting the illuminated sign Makhachkalinskiy and the front alignment sign of Petroleum harbor; to the west - by the sea shore line and berth cordon line of Petroleum harbor. Main activities: transshipment of refined and unrefined oil products for vessels (crude oil, fuel oil, diesel fuel).)
